Data for old, first impressions for new

Today is not supposed to be blogging day, but then it should not have been a lesson planning day either (it was). :(
Ofqual have published a nice "data mash-up" of grades, e.g. GCSE) subjects. Useful to compare your own individual results with the national picture. Will be using it to motivate the new guys. As for the incoming cohort, it's interesting to see how some of the new faces have already given indications that there could be trouble ahead. Time will tell. On a more positive note, it was intriguing to see one of two "returnees" with a seemingly more serious attitude to the year ahead...
