It's a difficult subject, lots of complex and often counter-intuitive, abstract ideas. To teach as well as to learn.
Subject peers understand and nearly always offer useful advice (e.g. from peer observation), but non-specialists? Laudable support as everyone understands the difficulty of the oldest profession, but the subtleties seem underappreciated sometimes.
The search for perfection continues.
There is a strike tomorrow. Who's a "scab"???
