				A few weeks ago a job advertisement was noticed, in particular the requirements of the "ideal candidate": '1st or 2:1 degree'; gce a 'A' grade; etc. etc.. Why do managers continue to believe that:
				
					- 
						Past personal performance is a reliable guide to future performance;
					
 
					- 
						A person is successful, must be able to communicate and translate that success to others?
					
 
				
				On such a basis of logic, football managers such as Arrigo Sacchi, Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger, Jurgen Klopp, should never have been appointed...
